A new diamond open access journal has recently launched called Innovations in Graph Theory<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 The journal has an excellent editorial board<\/a> and will be completely free for both authors and readers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Innovations in Graph Theory<\/em> has informed us that matroid theory submissions are very welcome.\u00a0 All Matroid Union editors are strong proponents of open access publishing, and so we encourage our readers to consider sending their matroid theory papers to Innovations in Graph Theory.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>Other topics related to graph theory are also within the new journal’s scope.\u00a0 Please see the new journal website<\/a> for more information about how the new journal will function.\u00a0 The first issue of the journal is expected to appear in 2024.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n We also would like to point out some other open access journals that accept submissions in matroid theory.\u00a0 These include the Electronic Journal of Combinatorics<\/a>, Discrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science<\/a>, Advances in Combinatorics<\/a>,\u00a0Combinatorial Theory<\/a>, and Discrete Analysis.<\/a>\u00a0Please feel free to point out other matroid theory friendly journals that are open access in the comments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" A new diamond open access journal has recently launched called Innovations in Graph Theory.\u00a0 The journal has an excellent editorial board and will be completely free for both authors and readers.\u00a0\u00a0 Innovations in Graph Theory has informed us that matroid … Continue reading
